CUMBRIA'S BIGGEST EVER BEER FESTIVAL

The Brewers Society has chosen the Beer Hall at Hawkshead Brewery in Staveley to host its annual 2013 North West Beer Festival.

SIBA The Society for Independant Brewers has made the decision to move the huge event from Manchester (where it was held for the last 3 years) to the Lake District, as a recognition of the strength of the brewing industry throughout Cumbria.

To date this will be the biggest beer festival ever held in Cumbria, and will gather more Cumbrian beers from locally based breweries in one place, than ever before. The festival will also showcase 200 cask beers from up to 80 North West breweries.

Pure North Cider is pressed by hand and full of anti-oxidants, and can often be cloudy as it is naturally produced from a blend of cider apples picked from their own orchard on site.
