Ulverston Walkfest is a 10 day festival which runs from Saturday 27th April until Monday 6th May 2013. Now in its 14th year the festival celebrates the historical and cultural aspects of Ulverston, with one of the main highlights being "Wainwright Redefined" a talk by Eric Robson who is the chairman of Radio 4's Gardeners Question Time.

The talk is on Saturday 27th April at 7:30pm at the Coronation Hall, Ulverston. Tickets are priced at £8, with proceeds going to Animal Rescue Cumbria: The Wainwright Shelter. Please contact the Box Office on 01229 587140.
